在新经济形势下,企业对营销专业人才的需求量不断增多,虽然营销本科毕业生的数量增长较快,但是受传统人才培养模式的影响,营销人才仍然无法满足市场的实际需求。因此本科院校在实际发展过程中,需要建立和优化应用型营销专业人才培养模式,形成具有自身特色的人才培养模式,培养出满足市场要求的应用型人才,实现自身的可持续发展。本文就对服务区域经济的应用型本科营销专业人才培养模式进行分析和探讨。
Under the new economic situation, the demand for marketing professionals is increasing. Although the number of marketing undergraduates grows rapidly, the marketing professionals still can not meet the actual needs of the market due to the influence of the traditional talent cultivation mode. Therefore, in the process of actual development, the undergraduate colleges need to establish and optimize the training model of applied marketing professionals, form the training model with its own characteristics, cultivate the applied talents to meet the market requirements and realize its own sustainable development. This article analyzes and discusses the training mode of applied undergraduate marketing professionals in service area economy.
