作者应用PEG分离剂进行血清T_3放射免疫测定,并和分离剂葡聚糖活性炭(D.G C)法进行了比较。 本文作者以健康人24例,甲状腺功能亢进症15例,甲状腺功能低下症6例,妊妇27例为测定对象进行方法学的探讨:1.精密度:对同一血清样品,二次测定所得变异系数50~100 ng%为2.7%;100~300 ng%为3%;300 ng%以上为2.8%。用两个不同型号药箱测定同一血清样品所得变异系数平均为5%,2.回收率:平均为113.6±4.6%。3.孵育时间:
The author used PEG separation agent for serum T_3 radioimmunoassay, and compared with dextran activated carbon (D.GC) method. The authors of this study were 24 healthy subjects, hyperthyroidism in 15 cases, 6 cases of hypothyroidism, 27 cases of pregnant women for the determination of the object of the methodological study: 1.
