经过改造的2050mm热轧煤气混合控制系统,采用了澳大利亚西雅特公司的CMS型分布式控制系统,硬件结构由过程控制站、上位监控站以及RS485高速通讯网三部分组成。在系统的结构和功能设计中,充分利用了系统在开放性、智能化等方面的优异性能和特点,完成了从原来作为DCS雏形的MOD30系统,向代表世界最先进水平和未来发展趋势的新型集散控制系统的转变。新系统实现了全冗余的系统结构,人机界面性能优异,通讯功能强劲;更重要的是,煤气混合控制、热值纯滞后补偿、一次压力和二次压力控制、大小管流量控制、加压机旁通流量控制等主要控制功能均实现了优化和提高。在煤气混合及热值纯滞后补偿功能中采用了专有技术,其专利申请号分别为95113210.5和95111281.3。
