2010年上海世博会长达184天,预计将迎来7000万人次的参观者,怎样让这些游客便捷舒适地出入世博园区,并能在园内尽兴地参观、游览,这考验着世博会组织者的智慧。为此,上海市全力搭建立体交通系统,组成便捷的交通网络,保障人们出行。近日,笔者从世博园区公共交通新闻发布会获悉,上海搭建的立体交通网络已经筑就,各种设备已具备投入运营的条件。据了解,在世博期间,上海市区内共有6条地铁、36条世博专线、94条公交线经过世博园区。另外还有35艘游轮组成的水上巴士、6个轮渡站、7座水门服务于世博会。由此形成的立体交通系统可以提供每小时20万至30万人次的交通运力。

The resulting three-dimensional transportation system can provide 200,000 to 300,000 passengers per hour of transport capacity.
