中国石化扬子石化热电厂汽机车间在实际工作中积极应对不断发展的新形势,结合车间实际,于2002年初成立了“车间综合管理绩效的R、S因素评价方法”课题小组,充分运用系统工程这一现代化管理手段,逐步实现了基层单位党建、思想工作与生产经营管理的交融,促进了二者的良性互动,推动了企业管理状态的有序化发展。
