当前内地边疆班(校)有独立建校式、合校混合式、择优插班式、散插混合式等办学模式。各办学模式均有其优势与劣势。内地边疆班(校)存在课程设置与文化差异、管理模式与人才培养、应试教育与人才需求、培养目标与政策执行环节等方面的冲突,因此建议创新办学模式、提升教育目标、更新教育理念、完善教育体制,为边疆地区培养真正需要的人才。
At present, the frontier classes (schools) in the Mainland have independent school-building models, combined school hybrids, preferential plug-in classes and casual interspersed mixed school running modes. Each mode has its own advantages and disadvantages. There are conflicts in curriculum setup and cultural differences, management modes and personnel training, examination-oriented education and talent demand, training objectives and policy implementation links in border courses (in-school classes) in the Mainland. Therefore, it is proposed to innovate the mode of running schools, enhance education objectives, update educational concepts, Improve the education system and train really needed personnel for the border areas.
