[目的]测定新鲜芦荟中铬、汞、砷、铅、镉、铜和锌元素的含量。[方法]采用具有压力控制系统的MARS5型微波消解系统消解芦荟样品,用双道原子荧光法测定砷、汞,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铬,用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定铜、锌、铅、镉。[结果]各元素在芦荟中的含量均较少。[结论]微波消解法处理芦荟样品,具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全等特点。
[Objective] To determine the contents of chromium, mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium, copper and zinc in fresh aloe vera. [Method] The sample of aloe was digested by MARS5 microwave digestion system with pressure control system. Arsenic and mercury were determined by dual - channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Chromium was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Atomic direct - reading inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) Determination of copper, zinc, lead and cadmium. [Result] The contents of all elements in aloe are less. [Conclusion] The microwave digestion method for the treatment of aloe samples has the characteristics of quickness, simplicity, reagent saving, digestion completeness and so on.
