目的:研究小蓟的化学成分。方法:用溶剂法提取,色谱法分离,光谱法鉴定结构(UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS、DEPT、HSQC、HMBC)。结果:分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:(7R,8S)-dehydroconiferyl alcohol-8,5′-dehydroconiferly aldehyde-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ)、(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-D-glucopy-ranoside(Ⅱ)、Isokaempferide-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ)、Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ)、Pectolinarin(Ⅴ)、Rutin(Ⅵ)、Sucrose(Ⅶ)、β-sitosterol(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次在该植物中分离得到,该文首次报道了小蓟中的木脂素类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Blattella. Methods: Extraction by solvent method, chromatographic separation, spectroscopic identification of structures (UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ESI-MS, DEPT, HSQC, HMBC). Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: (7R,8S)-dehydroconiferyl alcohol-8,5′-dehydroconiferly aldehyde-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (I), (7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl Alcohol-9-O-β-D-glucopy-ranoside (II), Isokaempferide-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (III), Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (IV), Pectolinarin (V ), Rutin (VI), Sucrose (VII), β-sitosterol (VIII). Conclusion: Compounds I, II, III and IV were isolated from the plant for the first time. The lignan compounds in the small cockroaches were reported for the first time.
