对钢管塔主材与斜材的K形连接节点进行了试验研究,其中斜材采用插板连接形式,包括槽型插板、U型插板、十字型插板,并结合有限元分析了各插板型式的受力特性,分析了节点的应力分布情况,验证了插板连接节点在1 000kV淮南-上海特高压双回输电线路钢管塔中应用的可靠性,提出了不同插板连接节点的适用条件,供1 000kV特高压双回路铁塔设计参考,也可推广到其他钢管塔中.
The K-shaped connection node between the steel pipe tower main material and the slant material was tested and studied. The slant material was connected by flapper, including groove flapper, U-shaped flapper and cross flapper, and the finite element analysis The stress distribution of the joints is analyzed. The reliability of the connection point of the plug-in board in the 1 000kV Huainan - Shanghai UHV double circuit transmission line steel tube tower is verified. Applicable conditions for 1 000kV UHV double-circuit tower design reference, but also can be extended to other steel tower.
