一、前言大部分塑性金属材料的加工硬化性质呈线性变化。通过冷变形程度对试验金属的强度与硬度的影响的研究以及对参考资料的分析,发现强度与硬度同冷变形程度的关系曲线近似地为直线。由此,建立了一个强度与硬度的计算和换算公式。用公式计算产品的强度与硬度,可以免去拉力试验和硬度试验。
