通过问卷调查、数理统计、文献参考等研究方法,对上海高校大学生锻炼情况,以及情感体验与高校大学生锻炼行为之间的关系进行了深入的调查研究,结果表明:上海高校大学生体育人口数量明显高于全国体育人口的平均数,且在锻炼频率和锻炼持续时间与情感体验之间有显著相关性。由此得出结论:个体每周参加3-4次的中等强度的运动,每次持续时间20-30分钟或再长一些,会更有利于获得最大的情绪效益。
By means of questionnaires, mathematical statistics and literature references, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the relationship between college students’ exercise in Shanghai and their experiences with university students. The results show that the number of university students in Shanghai is significantly higher The national average for the sports population is also significantly correlated with exercise frequency and exercise duration and emotional experience. This concluded that: individuals participate in 3-4 times a week, moderate-intensity exercise, each duration of 20-30 minutes or longer, will be more conducive to maximum emotional benefits.
