近年来,随着我国高职教育招生规模的不断扩大,贫困学生已经成为高职院校管理工作关注的重点。与其他学生相比,贫困学生受到家庭经济原因的限制,极容易产生自卑、偏激等不良心理以及社会交往能力较差、人际沟通能力不强等问题,这些问题严重地影响到高职院校教学管理工作的正常开展和贫困学生职业技能水平的提高。在本文中,笔者结合高职院校贫困学生群体的主要特点、管理工作存在的主要问题及其产生的原因,就如何做好高职院校贫困学生管理工作进行了研究和思考。

Compared with other students, impoverished students are limited by the economic reasons of the family, which are prone to inferiority, extreme psychosis and poor social intercourse ability, interpersonal communication skills are not strong and other issues that seriously affect the teaching of higher vocational colleges The normal management work and the improvement of vocational skills of poor students. In this paper, the author combines the characteristics of poor students in higher vocational colleges, the main problems in management and the causes of the problems, and studies how to do well the management of poor students in higher vocational colleges.
