一、改造锻造加热炉,提高热效率我国机械工业中,各类锻造加热炉约一万余台,每年耗用能源折成标准煤约为80~100万吨,其中燃料油约占30~40%。长期以来,由于能源基础工作差,炉型结构陈旧,燃烧系统不完善,烟道余热不回收。散热损失大,热工操作不培训,生产安排不均衡等等。锻造加热的热效率十分落后,全国平均计算锻造加热炉的热效率在5%左右,同先进工业国相比约低2~5倍。我厂三台室式加热炉,分别同三吨自由锻锤、1500吨机械压力机、560公斤,400公斤两台空气锤配套。在改造前,每吨锻件耗重
