目的:探讨大豆异黄酮与中等强度运动联合作用对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响。方法:将50只12周龄雌性Wistar大鼠按体重随机分为假手术组(Sham,正常对照组)、去卵巢组(OVX)、去卵巢+大豆异黄酮组(OVX+IF)、去卵巢+运动组(OVX+EXE)及去卵巢+大豆异黄酮+运动组(OVX+EXE+IF),每组10只。补药组大鼠以50mg/kg体重大豆异黄酮灌胃,其余组以等量溶剂灌胃。各运动组大鼠进行跑台训练。实验期包括2周适应期和8周训练期。实验前后称重。实验结束后处死大鼠,测量其股骨骨密度。结果:实验后,去卵巢组大鼠体重显著高于假手术组(P<0·01),去卵巢+运动组和去卵巢+大豆异黄酮+运动组大鼠体重均显著低于去卵巢组(P<0·05)。去卵巢组大鼠股骨骨密度显著低于假手术组(P<0·01)。去卵巢+运动组和去卵巢+大豆异黄酮组大鼠股骨骨密度与去卵巢组相比显著增加(P<0·05,P<0·01)。去卵巢+大豆异黄酮+运动组大鼠的股骨骨密度非常显著高于去卵巢组(P<0·001)。结论:大豆异黄酮和运动联合对抑制去卵巢大鼠骨密度减少有一定协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of combined action of soy isoflavones and moderate-intensity exercise on bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Fifty 12-week-old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (sham group), ovariectomized group (OVX), ovariectomized + soybean isoflavone group (OVX + IF) + Exercise group (OVX + EXE) and ovariectomy + soy isoflavone + exercise group (OVX + EXE + IF), with 10 in each group. Tonic group rats to 50mg / kg body weight of soy isoflavones gavage, the remaining group with the same amount of solvent gavage. Each exercise group rats treadmill training. The experimental period includes 2 weeks of adaptation and 8 weeks of training. Before and after the experiment weighed. After the experiment, the rats were sacrificed and their femur bone mineral density was measured. Results: The body weight of ovariectomized rats was significantly higher than that of sham operated rats (P <0.01). The body weight of ovariectomized + ovariectomized + soy isoflavone + exercise rats was significantly lower than that of ovariectomized rats (P <0.05). The femur BMD in ovariectomized group was significantly lower than that in sham operation group (P <0.01). The femur BMD of ovariectomized + ovariectomized + ovariectomized + soybean isoflavone group was significantly higher than that of ovariectomized group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The ovariectomized + soy isoflavone + exercise group had significantly higher femoral bone mineral density than the ovariectomized group (P <0.001). Conclusion: Soy isoflavones and exercise combined to reduce ovariectomized rat bone mineral density has some synergies.
