厚规格钢板轧制中低压缩比难以消除连铸坯心部缺陷,容易引起厚规格钢板性能波动。采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,详细分析了道次间强冷却工艺对厚规格板坯温度变化和轧制变形的影响规律。结果表明,采用道次间强制水冷的方式进行“温控-形变”耦合控制,可以有效提高厚规格钢板心部变形量,改善内部质量。对比分析可知,高温粗轧阶段采用道次间冷却对钢板心部变形影响较大;精轧阶段进行道次间冷却,对钢板心部变形影响相对较小,同时将显著提升道次轧制力。
Thick gauge steel rolling low compression ratio is difficult to eliminate the heart defects of slab, easy to cause thick gauge steel performance fluctuations. The influence of the interpass indirect cooling process on the temperature variation and rolling deformation of the thick gauge slab is analyzed in detail by means of numerical simulation and experimental research. The results show that the “temperature controlled - deformation” coupling control by means of forced water cooling between passes can effectively improve the deformation of the core of thick gauge steel and improve the internal quality. The comparative analysis shows that the interpass cooling of the high temperature rough rolling stage has a great influence on the deformation of the core of the steel plate. During the finish rolling, the interpass cooling has a relatively small influence on the deformation of the core of the steel plate and significantly improves the pass rolling force .
