将桥面板连续的做法应用到桥台处主梁的端部,以取消桥台处的伸缩装置,可以达到桥梁无缝化的目的。以福州某桥为原型,进行外包式半整体式桥台桥梁的试设计,并通过建立全桥三维有限元模型进行关键部位的受力性能分析。结果表明,采用工程型混凝土材料(ECC)制成的连接板来取消梁端伸缩缝,能够满足桥梁的正常使用功能。本研究成果可为国内中小跨径桥梁取消伸缩装置问题提供新的无缝化思路,推进无伸缩缝桥梁在国内的应用。
The continuous application of the bridge deck to the end of the girder at the abutment to eliminate the telescopic device at the abutment can achieve the purpose of seamless bridge. Taking a bridge in Fuzhou as a prototype, a trial design of the outsourcing semi-monolithic abutment bridge was carried out and the stress performance analysis of key parts was carried out by establishing a full-bridge three-dimensional finite element model. The results show that the use of engineering concrete material (ECC) made of the connecting plate to cancel the beam side expansion joints, to meet the normal use of the bridge function. The results of this study can provide new seamless ideas for the cancellation of telescopic devices in small and medium-span bridges in China and promote the application of non-expansion joints in China.
