通过对徐淮黄泛平原地区农田生态系统演变及平衡现状的典型研究,证明治水是克服该地区旱涝盐碱灾害和迅速发展农业生产的关键措施。但是,治水必须灌排兼顾。重灌轻排,则不利于生态系统的改善。近年来,该地区粮食产量虽然仍有所增长,但物质和能量的转换效率却显著降低。为了有效地防治旱涝盐碱灾害,进一步提高生态系统的功能,在治理上,目前应侧重于改善灌排条件,特别是排水条件,改善肥料结构和合理轮作布局。为了做到因地制宜,按区域条件的差异划分为7个治理区,21个亚区。
Through the typical study of the evolution and balance of farmland ecosystem in the Xuhuai Plain, it is proved that water treatment is the key measure to overcome the droughts, floods and salina disasters in this area and to rapidly develop agricultural production. However, flood control must be balanced. Re-irrigation light row, it is not conducive to the improvement of the ecosystem. In recent years, although the grain output in this area has still increased, the efficiency of material and energy conversion has been significantly reduced. In order to effectively prevent and treat drought, flood and salinization disasters, and to further improve the functions of ecosystems, we should focus on improving irrigation and drainage conditions, especially drainage conditions, improving fertilizer structure and rational rotation layout. In order to make the measures suitable to local conditions, we divide it into 7 administrative areas and 21 sub-areas according to the differences of regional conditions.
