【目的】探讨干热处理对丝瓜种子发芽和贮藏特性的影响,以期获得可有效促进丝瓜种子萌发和贮藏的便捷途径。【方法】以4个丝瓜品种(CTS-02、CTS-03、CTS-04和CTS-05)的种子为试验材料,分别在60、70和80℃的干热条件下处理30、60和90 min,随后检测其发芽和种子贮藏能力。【结果】经60℃处理30 min,初始发芽率较低的CTS-02和CTS-04的种子发芽率分别提高到26%和44%;在80℃处理60 min,初始发芽率较高的CTS-03和CTS-05的种子发芽率分别提高到96.5%和91%。80℃处理60 min后将CTS-03和CTS-05分别在15℃和32℃条件下贮藏6个月,其种子发芽率均未发生显著变化。【结论】干热处理对种子萌发有促进作用,但效果大小和丝瓜品种特性有关;干热处理对丝瓜种子发芽的促进效果可以维持6个月以上。
【Objective】 The effects of dry heat treatment on germination and storage of loofah seeds were studied in order to obtain a convenient way to promote the germination and storage of loofah seeds. 【Method】 The seeds of four loofah varieties (CTS-02, CTS-03, CTS-04 and CTS-05) were used as experimental material to treat 30, 60 and 90 dry and hot conditions of 60, 70 and 80 ℃ respectively min, followed by testing its germination and seed storage capacity. 【Result】 The results showed that the seed germination rates of CTS-02 and CTS-04 with low initial germination rate were increased to 26% and 44% respectively at 60 ℃ for 30 min. At 80 ℃ for 60 min, CTS with higher initial germination rate -03 and CTS-05 seed germination rate increased to 96.5% and 91% respectively. CTS-03 and CTS-05 were stored at 15 ℃ and 32 ℃ for 6 months after treatment at 80 ℃ for 60 min, respectively. No significant changes were observed in seed germination rate. 【Conclusion】 Dry heat treatment can promote seed germination, but the effect is related to the characteristics of sponge gourd varieties. The promotion effect of dry heat treatment on the germination of loofah seeds can be maintained for more than 6 months.
