大功率智能配电单元是载人航天器的核心设备,其原理复杂,电磁兼容问题突出。文章针对大功率智能配电单元的3个主要功能模块,分别采取吸收、滤波、元器件合理选择、印刷电路板设计和屏蔽设计等多种措施,有效抑制了大功率智能配电单元的电磁干扰,同时解决了多个大功率DC/DC变换器并联工作时干扰叠加的问题。经测试验证,优化改进后的大功率智能配电单元的电磁兼容性能无超标点,满足电磁兼容性设计要求。
High-power intelligent power distribution unit is the core equipment manned spacecraft, the principle of complex, outstanding electromagnetic compatibility issues. In this paper, aiming at the three main functional modules of high-power intelligent distribution unit, we adopt various measures such as absorption, filtering, reasonable selection of components, design of printed circuit board and shielding design to effectively suppress the electromagnetic interference of high-power intelligent distribution unit , At the same time solve the problem of interference superposition when multiple high-power DC / DC converters work in parallel. After testing and verification, the optimized and improved high-power intelligent power distribution unit has no over-standard electromagnetic compatibility and meets the electromagnetic compatibility design requirements.
