本工作的目的是了解热等静压温度的变化对粉冶René95合金成形态材料的影响。本文简述了试验过程并简单评价了初步研究结果。研究结果表明:当热等静压温度在1100~1150℃之间时;(1)热等静压温度对成形态材料的室温及650℃极限拉抗强度及塑性影响不大,但随热等静压温度升高其0.2%屈服强度稍有下降;(2)热等静压温度提高,成形态材料的冲击韧性有所改善;(3)材料的显微组织随热等静压温度而变化,温度提高使树枝晶趋于减少,同时再结晶晶粒增加并长大;(4)热等静压温度的变化对成形坯的密度没有影响。
The purpose of this work is to understand the influence of the change of the hot isostatic pressing temperature on the material morphology of the powder metallurgy René95 alloy. This article outlines the testing process and briefly evaluates the preliminary findings. The results show that when the hot isostatic pressing temperature is between 1100 ℃ and 1150 ℃, (1) the hot isostatic pressing temperature has little effect on the ultimate tensile strength and plasticity at room temperature and 650 ℃ of the forming material, (2) the hot isostatic pressing temperature increased, the impact toughness of the formed material improved; (3) the microstructure of the material changed with the temperature of the hot isostatic pressing , The temperature is increased so dendrite tends to decrease, while recrystallized grain increases and grows; (4) hot isostatic pressing temperature has no effect on the density of the billet.
