采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定废旧SCR脱硝催化剂中多种微量元素。通过对废旧SCR脱硝催化剂进行化学处理,建立了适用于ICP-OES测定的废旧SCR脱硝催化剂预处理方法。建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定脱硝催化剂中P、S、As、Fe、Tl、Cr、Mg、Ni、Pb、Na、K、Hg这12种元素的方法,该方法的检出限为0.000 2~0.053 3μg/m L,回收率为93.59%~101.07%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)为0.88%~3.83%。能准确测定废旧SCR脱硝催化剂中的多种微量元素,可用于废旧SCR脱硝催化剂再生处理、回收、报废的评价。
Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to simultaneously determine trace elements in SCR SCR catalyst. Through the chemical treatment of SCR SCR denitration catalyst, a pretreatment method of SCR SCR denitration catalyst for ICP-OES was established. A method for simultaneous determination of 12 elements of P, S, As, Fe, Tl, Cr, Mg, Ni, Pb, Na, K and Hg in denitration catalyst by ICP- The recoveries ranged from 93.59% to 101.07% with RSD (n = 10) of 0.88% -3.83%. Can accurately determine a variety of trace elements in the SCR SCR denitration catalyst can be used for SCR SCR denitration catalyst regeneration treatment, recycling, scrap evaluation.
