目的了解深圳市公务员这一职业人群的健康素养现状及其影响因素,为开展健康促进研究提供理论数据。方法以无记名自填问卷方式,采用分层整群抽样的方法,利用自制结构式问卷对深圳市567名公务员健康素养现状进行调查。利用SPSS 17.0软件对回答正确率进行描述统计,采用卡方检验和logistic回归分析方法分析其影响因素。结果研究对象健康素养具备率为15.08%,其中基本知识和理念为28.01%、健康生活方式与行为为17.24%和基本技能为51.17%。健康素养在性别、工作年限、主动获取健康知识、自评压力方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示工作年限和主动获取健康知识是公务员健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市公务员拥有健康生活方式的比例偏低,健康素养水平有待提高,可通过调动公务员获取健康知识积极性、改善工作压力等方式来改善。
Objective To understand the status quo of health literacy of the civil servants in Shenzhen City and its influencing factors and to provide theoretical data for the research on health promotion. Methods Using the method of stratified cluster sampling and self-made structural questionnaire, the status quo of 567 civil servants’ health literacy in Shenzhen was investigated through the secret-based questionnaire. SPSS 17.0 software was used to describe the accuracy of the answers, and the influencing factors were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Results The health literacy rate of subjects was 15.08%, of which 28.01% were basic knowledge and concepts, 17.24% were healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and 51.17% were basic skills. There were significant differences in health literacy in terms of gender, length of service, taking initiative to obtain health knowledge, and self-assessment stress (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of working years and taking the initiative to obtain health knowledge were the influencing factors of civil servants’ level of health literacy (P <0.05). Conclusion The proportion of civil servants with healthy lifestyles in Shenzhen is low and the level of health literacy needs to be improved. It can be improved by mobilizing civil servants to gain enthusiasm for health knowledge and improving work pressure.
