There is no doubt that IP is fast becoming a standard part of mainframe connectivity but there are many things to consider when managing and monitoring this environment. Industry analysts and users agree that the tools available to manage and monitor mainframe IP performance are too limited. At the same time, speed is also a problem. Although IBM and some other companies have already
