Perfecting individual performance appraisal in community health service organizations and establishing a set of effective performance appraisal system are effective measures to promote the sustained and healthy development of community health services. This article describes the specific practices of the Center’s performance-based wage policy and elaborates the achievements and problems that have been achieved.
