本文总结 1 997年间的电话求询者资料 ,发现常见的求询问题为恋爱、人际交往、婚姻 /家庭问题等 [1] 。不同性别、年龄、职业、文化程度和婚姻状态的求询者对求询问题有所不同。总结分析发现 ,平均求询时间为 1 5分钟 /次 ;求询者对热线服务的满意度为 65~ 77% ;约 2 / 3求询者是使用家庭电话咨询 ;对有自杀意念的求询者 ,通过热线干预有较好疗效。提示电话心理咨询不失为一种简便、实用、经济和有效的服务方式之一 ,可作为对原有精神卫生防治系统的一个补充
This article summarizes telephone interrogators’ information during 1997 and finds that the common query problems are love, interpersonal relationships, marital / family issues, etc. [1]. Inquiries by gender, age, occupation, education level and marital status are different. The summary analysis found that the average query time was 15 minutes / time; the satisfaction of the callers to the hotline service was 65-77%; about 2/3 of the callers were using the home phone counseling; and those who had suicidal ideation Who, through the hotline intervention has a good effect.
