新时期、新常态下的国有企业改革,主要是着眼于在新的五大发展理念的指导下,不断增强企业活力、增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力和抗风险能力。随着国家去产能政策的深入,国有煤炭企业如何根本上改变传统粗放式经营管理模式,推动企业向质量效益型、内涵发展型、创新驱动型转变,成为亟须解决的问题。精益化管理是将“精益求精、追求卓越”理念贯穿于煤炭企业经营全过程的管理模式,是国有煤炭企业深化改革,提升竞争力的必由之路。
