JFE钢铁公司为汽车车身开发了两种高性能高强度钢板。SFG高强度钢板“SFGHITEN”(super fine grain,超细晶粒),用于侧面板等强调深冲性能的零部件,是一种主要通过晶粒超细化达到高强度,并通过低屈服强度(低YS)、高n值(高应变硬化指数)、高r值(高塑性应变比)来实现高成形性能的超细晶粒型高强度钢板。UNI高强度钢板“UNI HITEN”(uniform unique universal,统一、独特、通用),用于车门、前机盖等部位,这种钢板具有高胀出性能,表面形状品质(抗表面变形性能)优越,冲压成形后的烤漆性能可使强度提高,从而减少板厚,并保证抗凹性能,是低YR(低屈服比)型440MPa级BH烘烤硬化钢板。对这些钢板的特征和特性进行了阐述。 JFE Steel has developed two high-performance, high-strength steel sheets for the bodywork of automobiles.
