高职与应用本科“3+2”分段培养既是社会经济发展对高素质技术技能人才的客观需求,也是构建现代职教体系的一条可行之路。高职与应用本科的职业教育属性是双方衔接的理论基础;明确的人才培养定位及规格是双方衔接的逻辑起点;在衔接技术策略上,要系统化设计两阶段的课程体系,推进“做中学”与理论提升相结合的人才培养模式改革,实施“技术技能+文化素质”考核选拔方式。
Higher vocational and applied undergraduate “3 +2 ” training in stages is not only the objective demand of high-quality skilled personnel in social and economic development, but also a feasible way to construct a modern vocational education system.
