本文应用软硬酸碱原则探讨有机缓蚀剂的机理,提出了“酸碱吸附成络”的看法,把有机缓蚀剂的极性基团作为碱,被保护金属作为酸,它们之间的相互作用是酸碱吸附成络.所形成的络合物越稳定,溶解度越小,缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率就越高.文中还总结了有机缓蚀剂的极性基团和被保护金属之间的定性匹配关系,它对于评选有机缓蚀剂具有一定参考价值.
In this paper, the mechanism of organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors was discussed by using the principle of “hard and soft”. The viewpoints of “acid-base adsorption and network formation” were put forward. The polar groups of organic corrosion inhibitors were used as bases and the protected metals as acid. The interaction is acid-base adsorption into the network.The more stable the complex formed, the smaller the solubility, the higher the inhibition efficiency of the corrosion inhibitor.The article also summarizes the polar groups of the organic corrosion inhibitor and the protected metal It is of certain reference value for the selection of organic corrosion inhibitors.
