分析化学中离不开高纯度的水,在27型电导仪上测得蒸馏器的水质0.3~0.4MQ·cm~(-1),而离子交换树脂的水质一般为0.5~8MQ·cm~(-1)。在制水过程中对上海70型,天津723-3型离子交换纯水器树脂的装柱方法进行了改进;即处理好了的阳树脂1份,阴树脂2份以体积比进行混合后再装柱,可提高水质3倍。大型离子交换柱用此法同样可以提高水质。一阴树脂应用份数=阳树脂交换容量/阴树脂交换容量二水的流速近似符合下面这个公式空间流速15~30ml·h~(-1)·cm~(-1)=每小时出水量(ml·h~(-1))/树脂体积三对天津723-3型离子交换纯水器测得数据流
