“八五”国家重点节能示范项日、国内第一台10t 单电极直流炼钢电炉自今年6月2日在南京第三钢铁厂试转成功,至今已断断续续炼出钢水18炉。目前,已取得部分项目数据,其中仅电极消耗一项即下降了50%以上,节能效果显著。电极是电炉炼钢中的高耗能产品,每生产1t 石墨电极需耗电近10000kWh。而每炼1t电炉钢需消耗电极7kg 左右。使用单电极直流电炉炼钢,每生产1t 钢仅消耗电极3kg 以下,
