研究在pH=10的氨性缓冲溶液中,对氨基苯乙酮重氮盐、磺胺重氮盐和对氨基苯甲酸重氮盐在室温下与8-羟基喹啉生成具有电活性的偶氮化合物的最优实验条件,从而建立相应的灵敏、快速、选择性好的测定痕量NO2-的新方法。它们在PPb级均有良好的线性关系,大量NO3存在不干扰测定;用于实际样品测定,均获满意的结果,对反应机理作了初步探讨。
