为提高钻井效率及钻井设备的整机水平,我国各油田已开始应用电磁涡流刹车。因此,了解涡流刹车的发展状况,选用好这种新型辅助刹车,使与钻机绞车参数相匹配,已是当前亟待解决的问题。涡流刹车不像水刹车对转数反应那样敏感。水刹车的制动力矩T与转速n的平方成正比,而涡流刹车在一定转速范围内,其制动力矩T与n的平方根成正比,当转速达到一定值后,力矩基本恒定。这一特性非常适应下钻工艺的要求。
In order to improve drilling efficiency and drilling equipment level, our country oilfield has begun to apply electromagnetic eddy current brake. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to understand the development of eddy current brake and to choose this new type of auxiliary brake to match the winch parameters of drilling rig. Eddy current brakes are not as sensitive as water brakes to revolutions. The braking torque T of the water brake is proportional to the square of the rotation speed n, and the braking torque T is proportional to the square root of n within a certain speed range. When the rotation speed reaches a certain value, the torque is basically constant. This feature is very suitable for drilling technology requirements.
