文献中广泛报道了在机械化造型线上采用一种新浇注概念的消息,此为接触浇注,因不用浇口杯而提高了成品率。示意图是浇注两个缸体的铸型时的情况。在图a中,有一个专用的贮液包,它可以升起、降下并直接落在直浇道的进口处。该贮液包出一个自动浇注单元添加金属液。浇注时,贮液包下降,使浇嘴与型顶的浅槽紧密接触。该浅槽环直浇道的入口而设置。提高柱塞使金属液直接流入铸型,见图b。待铸型一充满,传感器探得贮液包中液位不再下降,就驱使执行元件关闭柱塞孔,见图c。随后贮液包离开铸型,浇嘴残液流入槽内,在凝固过程中都流入了直浇道。
It is widely reported in the literature that the concept of a new pouring on a mechanized styling line is used for contact casting because of the increased yield without the use of a sprue cup. The schematic is the case when casting two cylinder molds. In Figure a, there is a special reservoir bag, which can be raised, lowered and fell directly on the sprue inlet. The reservoir contains an automatic pouring unit to add molten metal. Pouring, the package drops down, so that the nozzle and the top of the shallow groove close contact. The shallow groove ring sprue is provided at the entrance. Raise the plunger so that the molten metal flows directly into the mold, see Figure b. To be a full mold, the sensor detects the liquid level in the package does not decline, to drive the actuator to close the plunger hole, see Figure c. Then the storage bag left the mold, pouring mouth raffinate into the tank, in the solidification process into the sprue.
