以橡胶树93-114、RRIM600品系幼苗的叶片为材料,以过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的酶谱带数量与活性的动态变化为依据,系统研究它们对低温、变温以及多效哇(PP_(333))的效应,结果表明,室温下2个品系之间同工酶谱带数量均不同;RRIM600品系比93-114品系敏感;过氧化物酶同工酶比细胞色素氧化酶同工酶敏感。比较不同条件下诱导呈现的新的同工酶带,发现PP_(333)在常温下诱导呈现的新的同工酶谱带,与低温、变温条件下所呈现的新的同工酶谱带的位置(Rf值)完全相同。
