浆池常因浆液满池而造成浆泵的坑底积水。为了克服浆池满池和因此而引起的浆泵电机坑底积水烧坏电机,一些工厂安装了普通的三点式液位自控装置.由于液位探头接触液面,当探头沾上油污、黑液等物体,形成导电回路,造成控制电路中自锁不能解脱,电机在泵干坑底积水后仍空转.本文介绍一种不接触液面的液位自控延时电路,可解决上述问题. 见图1,当液位上升到限位时,浮子上的磁铁使干簧管闭合.干簧管闭合后,继电器工作,见图2,电机运转,开始泵水.J_1—2闭合,电路自锁.
