本文用有限元法为工具,计算时先算地应力场,再算开洞后的二次应力场.在二次应力场中根据变形相容原则加上钢板的变形,求出围岩对钢板的弹性抗力,以及钢管周围岩石松弛范围.在松弛范围不超过一倍洞径的条件下,本文对钢板与围岩的联合作用问题提供了一个初步的解答.为满足工程实用要求,计算了不同围岩性质、不同覆盖厚度、不同管道数目等条件下的联合作用情况.作了百余组计算,对一些典型情况提供了一些图表.
In this paper, the finite element method is used as a tool to calculate the stress field first, and then to calculate the secondary stress field after the hole is opened. In the secondary stress field, according to the deformation compatibility principle plus the deformation of the steel plate, the wall rock is determined for the steel plate. The elastic resistance and the range of rock relaxation around the steel pipe. Under the condition that the relaxation range is not more than one times the hole diameter, this paper provides a preliminary solution to the joint action of the steel plate and surrounding rock. In order to meet the practical requirements of the project, different calculations have been made. The joint action under the conditions of surrounding rock properties, different coverage thickness, and number of different pipelines, etc., was calculated by more than a hundred groups, and some charts were provided for some typical situations.
