探讨了熔剂过滤净化工业纯铝的效果及其净化机理。结果表明 :合适的熔剂组成及处理工艺是保证其具有高效排杂作用的关键 ;采用特定的熔剂 (CJ 5 )和过滤工艺 ,在适当的加入量 (3% )和熔炼温度 (72 0℃ )条件下 ,对不同品位纯铝的除杂率和针孔率降低幅度分别可达 70 %~ 82 %和 6 0 %~ 88% ,显著提高了材料的强度和塑性 ,尤其是塑性可提高约 70 % ;其高效排杂作用的关键在于该方法具有将铝的熔化—熔剂过滤—熔剂吸杂溶杂三个过程实现于熔炼全过程中的独特性 ,符合以排杂为主的净化原则 ,充分发挥了熔剂排杂净化效率。
