本文就24例(国內文献21例及本组3例)卵巢环状小管性索瘤进行分析,良性19例,恶性5例。主要临床表现为月经不规则,绝经后出血及性早熟。特征性的组织学结构为单纯性和复合性环状小管。另外,在19例良性中仅1例含实性巢状及条索结构。而5例恶性者均见条索及实性巢和分裂相。恶性者原发瘤切除后均见转移,但此瘤属低度恶性。对此瘤的组织发生及提示恶性的病理改变进行了讨论。 In this paper, 24 cases (21 cases of domestic literature and 3 cases in this group) of ovarian ring-shaped tubular glioma analysis of benign in 19 cases, 5 cases of malignancy. The main clinical manifestations of menstrual irregularities, postmenopausal bleeding and precocious puberty. The characteristic histological structures are simple and complex annular tubules. In addition, only one of 19 cases of benign nests contained solid nests and stroma. The five cases of malignant were seen cords and solid nest and split phase. Malignant primary tumor resection are seen after the transfer, but the tumor is a low degree of malignancy. This tumor organization and prompted the pathological changes were discussed.
