以人因工程学、控制论和安全科学为工具,采用综合集成及实证性方法,研究了人因(事件)分析学科面临的问题和发展趋势、人因事件分类体系、人因事件成因理论、人因事件定量评价方法、人因事件数据采集、处理及数据库、组织管理因素对人因事件的作用和影响、人因事件根原因分析技术、人因事件模式与影响及严重度分析、人因事故防御方法与策略,构建了反应堆系统中人因事件分析理论和方法,且在大亚湾核电站、岭澳核电站获得了成功应用。

The theory and method of human factors analysis in reactor system are constructed. The theory and method of human factors analysis in reactor system have been successfully applied in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and Ling’ao Nuclear Power Station.
