由于高职学生自学能力差,基础较弱,学生个体行为之间存在较大的差异;并学生的成绩呈现出两级分化较大的趋势。而高等职业教育的发展对高职英语教学提出较高的要求。因此,针对高职学校英语教学的现状和学生基础及认知特点对英语教学进行改革,实施分层教学,做到对不同层次的学生有针对性的设计不同的学习方法,内容与目标,因材施教,从而不断满足不同层次学生们的个体需求。
