FEZ1基因定位于 8p2 2上 ,编码一个 5 96个氨基酸的亮氨酸锌指蛋白 ,正常组织中广泛表达 ,对多种肿瘤的研究发现其表达有改变。FEZ1蛋白主要调节细胞的有丝分裂。阐明 FEZ1基因在肿瘤发生、演变中的作用 ,有可能为肿瘤的分子生物学研究提供新的思路
The FEZ1 gene is located on 8p2 2 and encodes a 5 to amino acid leucine zinc finger protein that is widely expressed in normal tissues and has been found to be altered in many tumor types. FEZ1 protein mainly regulates cell mitosis. The elucidation of the role of FEZ1 in tumorigenesis and evolution may provide new insights into the molecular biology of tumors
