体育活动有着多种特征因素,不同的体育活动对人的心理有着不同的影响,运动的强度以及持续的时间,对运动者心理的健康程度的影响有着一定差别。本文对影响良好心理效应的体育活动因素进行了介绍,希望可以帮助研究人员找到调节心理的最佳体育活动方式,从而为心理疾病的治疗提供重要参考。
There are many characteristics of sports activities, different sports have different effects on people’s psychology. The intensity of exercise and the duration of sports have different effects on the mental health of sportsmen. This article introduces the factors that affect the good psychological effects of physical activity, hoping to help researchers find the best way to regulate mental activities, so as to provide an important reference for the treatment of mental illness.
