针对铝导线高速拉伸过程中铝导线性能不均及表面质量较差的问题,以某电缆厂配模参数为基础,利用deform3d计算机仿真模拟软件,研究了该配模条件下拉伸速度、润滑对铝导线连续拉伸过程中线材温度和应力-应变分布的影响;以及成品模工作锥角对成品线材变形区应力-应变的影响。结果表明:线材温度随着拉伸道次的增加,成品导线变形温、应力和应变增大,成品导线变形温度、等效应力和等效应变分别达到180℃、130.4 MPa和6.781以上;其中摩擦比拉伸速度对导线温度影响更大。通过合理的成品模具结构设计,可有效提高导线变形的均匀性。
Aiming at the problem of uneven performance of aluminum wire and poor surface quality during the high speed aluminum wire drawing process, based on the parameters of a cable factory, the deform3d computer simulation software was used to study the tensile speed, The influence on the temperature and stress-strain distribution of the wire during the continuous drawing process of the aluminum wire; and the influence of the taper angle of the finished mold on the stress-strain of the deformed wire of the finished product.
