金溪2井属高陡构造,存在地层倾角大、自然造斜率强、可钻性差等复杂地质特征。常规防斜打快钻具在该区的应用,体现出诸多的不适应性,如机械钻速低、井斜难以控制、钻井工具断裂等。本文基于导向涡轮钻具在金溪2井中的现场施工应用,采用纵横弯曲梁法,对该导向涡轮钻具进行了防斜效果研究。研究证明,导向涡轮钻具应用于金溪2井机械钻速得到了大幅提高(与常规钻具相比,提速130.01%),井斜角由入井时的3.7°降为出井时的1.1°,钻头侧向力计算结果为负,表现为降斜力。建议在该区进一步推广应用。
Well Jinxi 2 is a high and steep structure, which has complex geological features such as large dip angle, strong natural slope formation and poor drillability. The application of conventional anti-beveling fast drilling tools in this area shows a lot of incompatibility, such as low penetration rate of drilling rig, difficult control of well inclination and fracture of drilling tools. Based on the field application of the guided turbine drill in Jinxi-2 well, this paper studied the anti-tilting effect of the guided turbine drill by using the longitudinal and transverse bending beam method. The research shows that the penetration rate of the pilot turbine drill used in Jinxi 2 has been greatly increased (130.01% compared with that of conventional drilling tools). The inclination of the well is reduced from 3.7 ° at well entry to 1.1 ° at well discharge, The bit side force calculation results are negative, showing downward descending force. Recommended to further promote the application in the area.
