小鼠每周注射1次空弯菌HSP43共10w。HSP43抗体第4周起显著升高─直持续到16w,抗ds-DNA、ss-DNA自身抗体在6w和16w出现两个高峰,抗DNA自身抗体在4~16w逐渐升高,抗组蛋白抗体在8w最高然后下降,单个小鼠自身抗体反应格局呈现4种类型。各类自身抗体的出现和升高与注射HSP43剂量有依赖关系。该结果为自身免疫病的热休克蛋白发病假设提供了直接的实验证据。
The mice were injected with Bentley fungi HSP43 once a week for 10 weeks. HSP43 antibody increased significantly from week 4 to 16w, anti-ds-DNA and ss-DNA autoantibodies showed two peaks at 6w and 16w, anti-DNA autoantibodies increased gradually at 4 ~ 16w, anti-histone antibody At 8w, the highest and then declining, the pattern of autoantibodies in individual mice showed four types. The emergence and increase of all kinds of autoantibodies depend on the injection of HSP43 dose. This result provides direct experimental evidence for the hypothesis of the onset of HSP in autoimmune diseases.
