考察了以H2O2为氧化剂,对催化柴油进行氧化脱硫。讨论了实验方法、催化剂及用量、破乳剂、氧化剂用量和萃取剂及用量等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,当选用一步法氧化萃取工艺,C6为催化剂,其用量为5%(质量比),破乳剂NP6的用量为4%(体积比),氧化剂H2O2的用量为10(氧硫物质的量比),萃取剂按B∶D=1∶1组成,萃取剂油比为1时,得脱硫率为46.90%,收率为99.50%。
The oxidative desulfurization of catalytic diesel was investigated with H2O2 as oxidant. The effects of experimental method, catalyst and dosage, demulsifier, amount of oxidant, extractant and dosage on the reaction were discussed. The experimental results show that when one-step oxidation extraction process is used, C6 is used as a catalyst in an amount of 5% by mass, the demulsifier NP6 is used in an amount of 4% by volume and the oxidant H2O2 is used in an amount of 10% Volume ratio), extractant B: D = 1: 1 composition, extractant oil ratio of 1, the desulfurization rate was 46.90%, the yield was 99.50%.
