面对日益高涨的全国房价,中国住房改革进入新的节点。1998年提出的高、中、低收入分别购买商品房,经济适用房的政策开始全面改变。各地的细则政策正在酝酿出台。而现实是房价仍在快速上升。8月,36个大中城市一、二、三类地段的普通商品房住宅均价较上月分别上涨0.7%、1.7%和0.6%。36个大中城市经济适用房住宅平均价格,则出现了较上月下降1.2%的新变化。
In the face of rising national prices, China’s housing reform has entered a new node. The policy of purchasing high-grade, middle-grade and low-grade commercial houses respectively for affordable housing in 1998 started to change in an all-round way. Detailed rules and regulations around the policy is brewing introduced. The reality is that prices are still rising rapidly.
