本文阐述了电阻法控制碳势的原理,对其优缺点作了评述。并介绍了作者研制成功的电阻法探头、碳势仪表和GMC-80TC控温、控碳势专用微机的结构性能,以及电阻法微机控制气体渗碳工艺过程在生产实际中的应用。认为:电阻法控碳势是经济实用和行之有效的,电阻法微机控制渗碳有助于提高渗碳质量和科学生产管理水平。
This paper describes the principle of resistance control carbon potential, its advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. And introduced the successful development of the resistance method probe, carbon potential meter and GMC-80TC temperature control, carbon potential for the computer-specific structural performance, and resistance method microcomputer control gas carburizing process in the production of practical application. It is considered that the carbon potential controlled by resistance method is economical and practical, and the resistance carburizing control by microcomputer can help to improve the quality of carburizing and the scientific production management level.
