铬(Ⅵ)是十分有害的环境致癌物质,铬(Ⅲ)是人体必需的痕量元素,是胰岛素参与作用的糖代谢过程和脂肪代谢过程所必需的,也是维持正常胆固醇代谢所必需的,它能促进生长。人和动物虽能在严重缺铬(Ⅲ)下生存,但影响健康发育不良。缺铬(Ⅲ)是动物动脉粥样硬化的主要因子。所以,铬(Ⅲ)可能是生命攸关的元素。因此,铬的价态分析是重要的。曾有过偶氮胂 I、络天青 S、铬育R光度法测定铬(Ⅲ)的报道,有的灵敏度不高,有的选择性差或重现性不佳,影响了实用价值。本文报道均三溴偶氮胂光度法测定铬(Ⅲ),灵敏度适中,选择性和重现性较好,经过两年多的应用实践,证明其为一种简单、快速和准确的方法。
Chromium (¢ ö) is a very harmful environmental carcinogen. Chromium (¢ ó) is an essential trace element in the human body. It is necessary for glucose metabolism process and fat metabolism involved in insulin. It is also necessary for maintaining normal cholesterol metabolism. Can promote growth. Although humans and animals can survive severe chrome deficiency (Ⅲ), they have poor health and development. Chromium deficiency (Ⅲ) is a major factor in animal atherosclerosis. Therefore, chromium (III) may be a life-threatening element. Therefore, the valence analysis of chromium is important. There have been reported arsenazo I, Cyanine S, chromium R R spectrophotometric determination of chromium (III) reported, and some sensitivity is not high, and some poor selectivity or poor reproducibility, affecting the practical value. This paper reports the determination of chromium (Ⅲ) by the spectrophotometric method with tribromoarsenazo, which has the advantages of moderate sensitivity, good selectivity and reproducibility. After more than two years of application, chromium (Ⅲ) has been proved to be a simple, rapid and accurate method.
